• Pricing simulation in Sales quote/Order fails with error "Code list mapping for value XYZ of data type BusinessTransactionDocumentProcessingTypeCode missing"

SAP Cloud For Customers

Case 1:

1. Navigate to the web service message monitor in C4C.
2. Check the error for sales order replication.
3. Observe the error message: “Solve Configuration Issue in Code List Mapping for field BusinessTransactionDocumentProcessingTypeCode with value XYZ.”

Case 2:

1. Go to Sales Order/Quote
2. Open the id click on simulation/Pricing call 
3. Error comes on screen "Code list mapping for value XYZ of data type BusinessTransactionDocumentProcessingTypeCode missing ".

• The code list mapping groups were not assigned to the communication arrangements (CAs) earlier.
• If no code list mapping group is assigned to the CA, then the system takes any code list mapping as long as it is unique.
• With the 2511 upgrade, a new code list mapping group was introduced for V1->V2 migration, which caused the code list mapping to no longer be unique, resulting in the issue.

1. Assign the code list mapping group to the communication arrangements (CAs) in the system.
2. Verify that the code list mapping group is correctly assigned and configured.
3. Reprocess the failed message to confirm successful replication.
