The customer is unable to access BoE-related configuration activities due to permission issues. Specifically, the following configuration tasks show the permission error:
- Define Bank Subaccounts (ID: 101081)
- Define Available Amounts (ID: 101082)
- Enter Bank Assignments (ID: 101083)
- Define Account for Returned Bills of Exchange (ID: 101084)

Cause
Missing permissions.
Resolution
The business catalog corresponding to these configuration activities is SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_BOE_PC. Adding this catalog to the business role and assigning the business role to the CB user resolves the issue.
