SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates
2. Click Add New Document Template
3. Populate the fields
4. Select the document
5. Click Upload
6. Receive error "ChangeSet index 1 - ???HCP upload error: Invalid form schema, form field name must begin with a letter (A-Z or a-z) or an underscore (_)???;File could not be uploaded to PFS"

• The placeholders on the PDF contain a blank space or a special character.

1. Edit the PDF using Adobe.
2. Rename the placeholders in the PDF to ensure they contain no spaces or special characters.
3. Save the updated PDF.
4. Attempt to upload the document again into Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.
