Symptom

Unable perform the mass update on ID mapping for integration in C4C system

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator -> General Settings.
  2. ID Mapping for Integration screen.
  3. Click on the “ID Mapping from Microsoft Excel” button.
  4. The system only downloads the Excel template file, it does not provide the option to upload an Excel file for import.

Cause

The mass update of ID mapping for integration can only be done via Data workbench .

There is no option to import excel file from ID mapping for integration facet options 

Resolution

The mass import on ID mappings done via data workbench is as follows

  1. Download the ID Mapping template from the system.
  2. Enter the IDs from the Migration Workbench and assign external keys.
  3. Use the Data Workbench to navigate to the Import section.
