3685339 - To-Do List Items Replaced by "undefined" in Email Body when Editing To-Do Nudge Email Reminder

• When editing To-Do nudge emails, To-Do item details (- [Item]: [Due Date]) are not populated and display "undefined" in the message body field.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. Navigate to Home Page > "Needs Attention"
2. On the "My Team" - "Remind a Team Member to Complete Pending Tasks" card, click on "Send email".
3. Observe that the [Item] and [Due Date] tokens are not loading correctly in the email content.

Coding issue.

A patch to resolve this issue will be applied to Preview environments on 2nd December 2025 and to Production environments on 4th December 2025 via patch deployment.
