3685398 - Unable to edit enrollments due to error for Pay Component and Rate Chart 2H2025

Unable to save changes for insurance enrollment. Error message raised:
"1. Pay Component configured in the selected Insurance Coverage is not part of your Compensation information. Please contact your administrator.
2. No amounts maintained for the specified age group with the selected combination of fields."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2511

1. Go to the profile for a sample user
2. Go to the benefits section
3. Click the pencil icon to edit the existing insurance enrollment
4. Make any changes and try to re-save
5. Error message appears:
   "1. Pay Component configured in the selected Insurance Coverage is not part of your Compensation information. Please contact your administrator.
   2. No amounts maintained for the specified age group with the selected combination of fields."

Issue will be fixed with 1H 2026 release. Meanwhile, workaround can be applied to resolve the issue.

Workaround: If the coverage type for the insurance is set to Percentage and a pay component has been assigned, for the coverage amount to be calculated, this pay component must be included in the employee’s Compensation portlet.
Please either add the pay component to the employee’s Compensation portlet or change the coverage type from Percentage to Other if you do not want any coverage amount to be calculated.
