3685401 - PO Price Type Not Editable In Default Settings for Users App

In <Default Settings for Users -  Purchase Requisitions> App , the PO Price type field is not editable.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to App <Default Settings for Users -  Purchase Requisitions>.
2. See the PO Price type field is greyed out.

Either the Order Price Adopt. check box is not enabled in the system, or the user lacks of business roles.

<Default Settings for Users -  Purchase Requisitions> app is meant for configuration expert using to assign default values for employees so that they don't need to enter the values manually.

Default PO Price Type is read-only in the employee view of the Default Settings for Users. Only professional purchasers can edit the field.

1. Please enable the Order Price Adopt. check box in the system.
   • Go to App <Manage Your Solution>.
   • Select Application Area as 'Sourcing and Procurement' and Sub Application Area as 'Operational Procurement'.
   • Choose Item Name 'Requirements Processing'.
   • Under Configuration Steps select 'Define Configurations based on Purchase Requisition Origin (SSCUI: 101965)' and click on Configure.
   • Select the check box ‘Order Price Adoption’ for both Self Service Procurement and Professional Procurement.
   • Then Save.
2. Then ensure the following roles are assigned to the user:

• • SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT 
  • SAP_BR_PURCHASER 

Once above 2 steps are done, the field will be editable to the user.
