1. Create a placeholder on the PDF
2. Upload the document into Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates
3. Map the placeholders and leave one placeholder unmapped.
4. Attempt to save the form
5. Error received: "You have not fully mapped this template, so you will be unable to generate it on the Document Generation screen."

• PDF Form is not editable by the candidate. Placeholders cannot be unmapped.

1. Ensure all placeholders on the PDF Form are mapped.
2. If a free text field is required, configure a additional data collection field for the candidate to populate the value.
3. Map this field to the document accordingly.
