3685467 - Unable to identify document ownership after migration from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding - Onboarding

• Upon migrating documents from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding, it is not possible to determine the ownership of the documents.
• When filtering by the user responsible for the document, no results appear.
• The "Uploaded By" field displays the admin user instead of the actual document owner.
• Users must open documents individually to identify the owner.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to "Manage Documents".
2. Check the "Uploaded By" field; it displays the admin user instead of the actual owner.
3. Open a document to verify that another user is the owner or has signed it.

This issue is caused by a known defect in the document migration process from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding, where documents are incorrectly saved under the admin user's name instead of the actual owner.
