Address Validation Field Cannot Be Hidden

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open Customers Work center.
2. Go to Accounts view.
3. Try to create a new one and start adaptation.
4. Select "Search Address" and try to hide it.
5. It will dump or there will not be an option to add a visibility rule.

Same occurs for individual customers. 

1. The ‘Hide’ option is not available in the custom layout. This is because the ‘Search Address’ field is layout-protected and, therefore, cannot be hidden. Furthermore, the ‘Rule for Visible’ option is not available for this field in the master layout. This has been verified as a system limitation and is part of the standard system behavior.
2. Also notice that when Account address fields in header are set as read only, using the search address field it would be updated nevertheless. This is a similar limitation in the system due to the how the Search Address functionality is built. In this scenario the only workaround is to hide the Search Address field via adaptation.
