3685622 - WalkMeIcon (?) showing in the header of Admin Center and LMS Administration even after disabling the WalkMe feature in the instance

• The (?) icon continues to appear on the Learning Admin and Admin Center pages even after the feature has been disabled in the instance
• WalkMe doesn't show in the Homepage or any other module pages

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Admin Center or Learning Administration
2. Icon for WalkMe which appears as (?) in the header is showing

"Display WalkMe Content for Administrators" is enabled in the instance

1. Navigate to Company System and Logo Settings.
2. Uncheck the option ""Display WalkMe Content for Administrators"
3. Verify that the WalkMe icon (?) no longer appears on the Learning Administration and Admin Center pages.
4. Logout and log back in, clear the browser cache and cookies or use incognito mode if the icon is still showing
