Symptom

Unable to create outbound deliveries for subcontracting purchase orders using ME2On transaction or "Subcontracting Cockpit" Fiori app if the article has "ARun" activated.

Delivery quantity is displayed as 0. When the delivery quantity is manually populated, the error message below is displayed:

    Cannot create delivery for item XXXXX
    Message no. ARUN_MAIN111
