3685648 - Application error when selecting options under Org Chart Configuration

Symptom

In succession org chart configuration , when you try to enable any of the options there an application error.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin center>Org Chart Configuration;
  2. Click on Succession Org Chart tab;
  3. Select any option and try to save;
  4. Get the application error;

       

       

Cause

Permission issue: User is not granted the "Org Chart Configuration" permission.

Resolution

Make sure the access user has ' Org Chart Configuration' permission in his role.

  1. Navigate to 'Manage Permission Roles' >> select the role
  2. Select 'Manage System Properties'.
  3. Locate the "Org Chart Configuration" and Enable the "Org Chart Configuration" permission.
