3685673 - Proficiency-based learning suggestions display items with the same proficiency levels in Growth Portfolio

When accessing a skill on Growth Portfolio, the Learning proficiency-based suggestions show an item that has the same proficiency level rating than the user level.

3. Select a skill >
4. Observe that the "Advance My Proficiency" section displays an item with the same proficiency level than the current user level for that skill.

Our Product Management and engineering team reviewed the system behavior and confirmed that the current system behavior is expected.

As outlined on the documentation SAP Help Portal - Proficiency-Based Learning Suggestions in Growth Portfolio:

"The learning suggestions are sorted in such a way that the featured courses for the next proficiency level of the skill appear first, followed by the featured courses for the current proficiency level."

The logic behind this behavior is that while courses with higher proficiency level will help a user to upskill into their target goals/role, courses with the same proficiency level help the user stay updated on the current level and cement their current skills so that they can carry out their day to day job role properly.
