3686211 - The fixed asset is not appearing in the property tax report

Symptom

Some users might encounter a situation where an asset does not appear in the property tax report.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app Prepare Property Tax Declaration - Japan.
  2. Fill out the parameters and Execute.
  3. Click the report and find that some assets do not appear in the report. 

Cause

An asset will not show up in the Property Tax Report if it has no associated amounts or postings during the relevant period.

Resolution

If an asset has no amounts or postings in depreciation area 90, it will not appear in the property tax report. Ensure transactions are recorded in this area to include it in the report.
