Symptom

In the Latest Applicant Workbench, Candidate Profile Extension is missing in the PDF when using the "Download Documents" feature.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Recruiting.
  2. Open a job requisition and go to the latest applicant workbench.
  3. Select any applicants and click Download Documents.
  4. Select Candidate Profile Extension and click Download.
  5. Check the downloaded PDF and notice that Candidate Profile Extension is missing.

Cause

That's a known issue.

Resolution
