3686245 - Sales order blocked by SPL again after the retransfer despite manual release in SAP GTS

Symptom

  • A sales order with manually changed data in the ERP system (SAP S4) was released in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
  • After the document was released, no changes were made to partner functions in the document. After synchronizing the document back to SAP GTS, the document will be locked again.
