3686255 - Setting Up OpenText Integration - Existing SuccessFactors Documents are Not Migrated

When enabling OpenText integration with SuccessFactors, existing documents are not migrated automatically, only new ones.

Once the integration is connected, all newly uploaded documents from SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding) are stored in OpenText., however existing documents stored in SuccessFactors before enabling the integration aren’t automatically moved. These documents have to be migrated to OpenText.
