• "Compliance assessment started for the candidate" does not have custom activities in Intelligent Services Center (ISC).
• The system does not allow configuring follow-up actions for the "Compliance Assessment Started" event.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Intelligent Services Center (ISC).
2. Select the "Compliance Assessment Started" event.
3. Attempt to configure a custom activity or follow-up action for this event.
4. Observe that no option is available to configure a custom activity or follow-up action for this event.

Expected behavior

1. The "Compliance Assessment Started" event is not exposed for external integration in Intelligent Services Center (ISC).
2. Due to this, the system does not allow configuring follow-up actions for this event.
3. This behavior is part of the system's expected design.
