3686266 - Job Applications Not Being Disqualified And/Or Anonymized When the Job Requisition is Deleted - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When deleting a Job Requisition, existing In Progress (Not Disqualified) Job Applications are not Disqualified and/or not Anonymized.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

Currently, this is a system intended design.

Recruiters must manually disqualify each In Progress Job Application before deleting the Job Requisition, otherwise they will remain as active Job Applications, resulting either the Job Applications not being anonymized, and/or being exported by third-party system integrations.

SuccessFactors' Product team is developing a new feature to help Recruiters identifying these Job Applications prior deleting the Job Requisitions. (Internal Ref. RCM-123913)
