3686275 - Batch determination failure during production order release due to warning message C2097

Symptom

  • Automatic batch determination not working during production order release, despite all required master data and configurations being set up.
  • Upon attempting to release the order, the release was rejected due to the requirement to enter a batch for the batch-managed component.
  • Manual determination displays the warning message "No availability check for non-MRP relevant components", message number is C2097.
