3686298 - Adding a delivery schedule line will always trigger a new output in purchase order output control

Symptom

  • Adding a delivery schedule line in the purchase order output control was disabled, but it still appears in the trigger a new output.
  • The issue pertains to SAP configuration fields related to purchase order output control.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Disable the delivery schedule in the purchase order output control.
  2. Generate EDI output for the purchase order.
  3. Observe that the delivery schedule still appears in the EDI output.

Cause

Resolution

When adding new lines to scheduling line, system will not check the setting from the SSCUI 102272 ‘Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes’, and when adding a new line to the scheduling line, a new output job will be always triggered.
