3686300 - Add Opportunity's Standard Field To Data Source

• Unable to add the standard ResultReasonCode field to the Opportunity History data source (ID: CODOPPHHB).
• The ResultReasonCode is not available as a standalone attribute in the standard Opportunity data source.
• The ResultReasonCode is linked to the status and stored in a related node (Opportunity Status History or Reason Assignment).

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to Business Analytics work center.
2. Open Design Data Source work center view.
3. Locate and open the data source with ID CODOPPHHB.
4. Attempt to add the field "Reason for Status" or "ResultReasonCode" to the data source.

• The ResultReasonCode is not a standalone attribute in the standard Opportunity data source. It is linked to the status and stored in a related node (Opportunity Status History or Reason Assignment).

1. Use the data source that includes Opportunity Status Reason, such as Opportunity Status History.
2. Join CODOPPHHB data source with the Opportunity Header in a Combined Data Source.
3. Design the report using Combined Data Source as in step 2 to display:

• • Opportunity ID
  • Current Status
  • Result Reason Code / Description

Alternatively, for won/lost analysis:

1. Utilize the standard report template for opportunity analysis.
2. Include the reason field from the appropriate data source.
