3686337 - SAC model data import job fails with correlation id randomly with different errors.

Symptom

  • error message: "STOPPED", "Refresh STOPPED.", "The job is not responsive any more. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator."
  • Error code: "PLUGIN_ERROR", "ERROR_READ_QUERY_RESULT", "ERROR_RUNTIME_EXECUTION".

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.13 (Client)
  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.12 (Server)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to sac production.
  2. Open the issue model .
  3. Select data management in workspace drop-down options.
  4. Observe the error displayed on the data timeline portion on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • Data gather ended unexpectedly. Error code: 1046
  • An error occurred in the data acquisition service.

Cause
