3686348 - Rule is fetching "Is Contingent worker" as null in Add new employee Page - 2H 2025

In Add new employee, when a rule is configured with the condition “Job Information Model.Employment Details model.Is contingent worker.Value is equal to NO”, the field “Is contingent worker” is being fetched as null.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Add new employee

1. Configure a rule with condition "Job Information Model.Employment Details model.Is contingent worker.Value is equal to Yes/No".
2. Go to Add new Employee -> Fill all the required fields.
3. The field is being fetched as "Null".
4. In the rule trace, it is showing as ““The expression 'jobInfoModel.employmentInfoModel.employmentInfo_isContingentWorker.value' is considered to be NULL, as the property 'employmentInfoModel' of 'jobInfoModel' is found to be NULL at 'jobInfoModel.employmentInfoModel’”.
