• Transition from single-source XML feed to multi-source XML feed required by April 1, 2026, for Indeed job postings.
• Current single-source XML feed provided by Eightfold is incompatible with Indeed's new requirements.
• Risk of job postings losing visibility on Indeed if transition is not completed.
• Eightfold's multi-source XML feed is only available from its own ATS, not from SuccessFactors.

Recruiting posting has RPO has 1 integration xml with Indeed, this is a multi source feed, however it is only for Sponsored jobs not the organic feed (free feed).

Also, we can redirect to eightfold if they want to, but this needs a little bit of development within SF, where they will need to set a field in their job req template that autopopulate the application URL that we (RPO) will pass on Indeed

1. Enable the multi-source XML feed in SuccessFactors:

• Navigate to Admin Center → Manage Recruiting Posting.
• Validate that the Indeed XML feed is enabled with the multi-source XML endpoint.

1. Create a custom field in the job requisition template to store the Eightfold Apply URL:

• Example: `cust_eightfoldApplyURL`.

1. Map the custom field into the XML feed:

• In the "XML Template for Indeed", map `{cust_eightfoldApplyURL}`.
• This ensures that applications are redirected to Eightfold instead of SuccessFactors RCM.

1. Coordinate with Eightfold to:

• Provide the unique job apply URL.
• Push the URL back into SuccessFactors via API or manual sync.
• Confirm acceptance of external apply traffic.

1. Coordinate with SAP Support to:

• Validate the XML schema.
• Ensure correct posting behavior.
• Confirm proper synchronization of job status (open/closed).
• Prevent duplication issues between Eightfold and SuccessFactors postings.
