Symptom

If template name has translation, template is missing in Assign Rules in Talent when environment locale is not the same as template default language.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure Template A and Template B with business rules.
  2. For example, Template A shares the same template name in default language (English US) and Chinese translation. Template B has a Chinese translated name, different from its default English US name.
  3. Set environment language to English US and navigate to Assign Rules in Talent. Both templates are visible.
  4. Set environment language to Chinese and navigate to Assign Rules in Talent. Only Template A is visible.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.

Workaround

Please switch environment language to template default language and then configure the settings in Assign Rules in Talent.
