3686399 - Development Goal Competencies Not Displayed in Goal Details When PM Form Is Accessed from En-Route Folder in Latest Form Experience

Development Goal competencies are not displayed in the Goal Details tab when the PM form is opened from the En-Route or Completed folder. 

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Launch the Goal Setting Form.
2. Add a new development goal and select a value in the Competency field.
3. Observe: The selected competency is correctly visible in the Goal Details tab when form is access from the Inbox Folder.
4. Route the Form to Next Step or complete the form.
5. Access the form from the 'EnRoute' or 'Completed' Folder and observe that now the Competency field now shows only a hyphen (-), and the selected value is no longer visible.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch b2511p8 with the patch timelines as below-
