How to set up benefits to post a specific reimbursement every year as an anniversary benefit using "Benefits Service Anniversary Job"?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

Create the Benefit:

• Benefit Type: Reimbursement
• Trigger Event: Date of Hire
• Enrollment Required: No
• Frequency: Annual - The system does not create a record for less than a year, such as monthly, bi-monthly, etc.

Note: 

• If you have more than one anniversary time frame, you need to configure different frequencies (with an annualization factor = 1/Number of Years) and different Benefits for each Anniversary. For example:
  • Anniversary 1 year - Frequency: ANN - Annualization Factor: 1 (1/1) - Benefit: 1st Service Anniversary
  • Anniversary 2 years - Frequency: ANN_2 - Annualization Factor: 0.5 (1/2) - Benefit: 2nd Service Anniversary
  • Anniversary 5 years - Frequency: ANN_5 - Annualization Factor: 0.2 (1/5) - Benefit: 5th Service Anniversary

Schedule the Benefits Service Anniversary Job:

1. Via Provisioning, create the "Benefits Service Anniversary" Job.
2. Set Job Occurrence to Once or Recurring (daily, monthly, and so on) according to your business requirements;
3. Set the time range for the job to run
4. Save
5. Submit

Note:

• If you do not have access to provisioning or an implementation partner, create a ticket under LOD-SF-EC-GBF and provide the following details:
  • Written approval to create the job, following the steps on Configuring the Service Anniversary | SAP Help Portal, and using the data provided below. 
  • Specific company ID in which the job should be created.
  • Job Name
  • Job Owner (user with relevant benefit permissions, normally a super admin)
  • Job Type: Benefits Service Anniversary
  • Job Occurrence and Time Zone
  • Time Range (Start and End Date and Time)
  • Notification Emails, if any

Now the job evaluates the employees and creates the benefit employee claim record for the specific benefit based on each employee's anniversary.
