3686513 - Executive Review filters aren't returning results when a special character is used - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Symptom

On the Executive Review tab filtering functionality does not return any results when the filter criteria include accented/special characters. When filtering with non-accented/non-special values results are displayed correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Choose Compensation module and Executive Review tab.
  2. Click on Filters option.
  3. Set a filter for a field, that includes values with a special character or accent.
  4. Apply the filter.
  5. See that the page doesn't return the expected results.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with a patch. The patch fix will be available on 25th November 2025 in preview and 28th November in production. For further patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base
