3686586 - Missing Possibility to Customize Serial Numbers for DIR Creation via MCM Process Flow

Symptom

When creating a Device Information Record (DIR) via the MCM process flow (APEU_B_MCM_TMD_PROCESS Step 0110-0050), there is no option to customize the serial number using number ranges or prefixes.

The number is always taken directly from table MASE.

In contrast, DIR creation via transaction DE_B_IM_DEV_CHANGE utilizes the BAdI /US4G/BADI_DIR_MAIN, which allows such customization.

The lack of this option in the MCM flow blocks projects that require custom serial numbers or specific prefixes for DIRs.
