3686608 - One Time Deduction change of pay component and amount not updating immediately Latest People Profile

Symptom

Changes to the pay component and amount in the history page of one-time deductions are not reflected immediately in the Latest People Profile. Changes appear only after refreshing the browser.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

1. Locate the One-Time Deductions portlet.
2. Click View All to see all existing one-time deductions.
3. Select Edit on an existing pay component.
4. Update fields such as Pay Component and Percentage.
5. Click Save.
6. Observe the UI: The changes are not immediately reflected. The updated record only appears after manually refreshing the page.

Cause

The issue is related to the frontend UI not automatically reloading updated data post-save in the one-time deduction portlet of the latest People Profile.

Resolution

SAP Engineering team have confirmed that a fix for the issue is to be applied in 1H 2026 release.
