3686728 - Auto-activate calibration session feature not applied to deactivated sessions

Symptom

The "Auto-Activate Calibration Session" feature does not activate the previously deactivated sessions.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Deactivate an active calibration session by clicking the "Deactivate" button in "Manage calibration sessions" tool.
  2. Open the relevant calibration template and set an activation date per the guide Auto-Activating Calibration Sessions | SAP Help Portal
  3. Go to Manage Scheduled Jobs and ensure the scheduled job for auto-activation runs successfully.
  4. Observe that the session in "Deactivated" status is not auto-activated, while sessions in "Setup" status are auto-activated successfully.

Resolution

This is the current system design: only calibration sessions in Setup status will be automatically activated by this enhancement.

To automatically activate the deactivated sessions, you could copy them and keep in "Setup" status or activate them manually in "Manage calibration sessions".
