Symptom
- When attempting to delete a Contract Account Lock from the 360 view of a Contract Account in SAP Service Cloud V2, the system throws a: 500 Internal Server Error.
- Other integration actions such as creating or updating locks (Contract Lock, Contract Account Lock, Billing Lock) are working successfully.
- The issue only occurs during deletion.
