3686816 - AI toolkit connection with SAP Commerce failing with "error posting integration objects: not-found: Resource not found"

Symptom

When connecting AI toolkit with SAP Commerce, when hit check connection it fails.

On the network tab of the browser there is an error:  "error posting integration objects: not-found: Resource not found"

Looking at Commerce logs using 3655430 - How to Troubleshoot AI Toolkit Errors from SAP Commerce side, the following log will be show:

  • "POST /odata2webservices/IntegrationService/IntegrationObjects HTTP/1.1", "status": "404"
