Configuring a cloud destination in the SAP BTP customer tenant account for onboarding documents in the SAP-managed repository.

Document Management (DMS)

Follow these steps to create a cloud destination in SAP-managed account for onboarding  documents in the SAP-managed repository:

1. Sign into your SAP for Me account.
2. Choose the Service & Support dashboard.
3. Click ‘New Service Request’ under Manage Service Requests.
4. Select Partner & Other Cloud Services in the New Service Request pop-up, and click Confirm.
5. Click Create Service Request in Service Requests.
6. Search the service SAHANA PuC à Create destination for documents Onboarding/Offboarding in Single Services. Then click the + icon to create a service.
7. Click Edit Parameter in the in the created service and enter the following mandatory parameters to create the destination:
   1. Host Repository URL – Source location URL
   2. Technical User – Source location username
   3. User Password - Source location password
   4. Destination Name - Onboarding
   5. Tenant ID – Customer system tenant ID
8. Provide your consent on the destination types in Confirmation section.
9. Click Complete, and then click Submit.
10. After the destination is created, use the same name in the migration project.
