Configuring a cloud destination in the SAP BTP account, for onboarding documents in the SAP-managed repository

Document Management (DMS)

Follow these steps to create a cloud destination in SAP-managed account for onboarding  documents in the SAP-managed repository:

1. Sign into your SAP for Me account.
2. Choose the Service & Support dashboard.
3. Click ‘New Service Request’ under Manage Service Requests.
4. Select Partner & Other Cloud Services in the New Service Request pop-up, and click Confirm.
5. Click Create Service Request in Service Requests.
6. Search the service Create destination for documents Onboarding/Offboarding in Single Services. Then click the + icon to create a service.
7. Under Tenants section Client ‘Select a Tenant’
8. Select System from the ‘Select: Tenant’ pop up.
9. Click Edit Parameter in the in the created service.
10. Select the Auth Type (BASIC or OAUTH 2.0) from the value help based on your requirement.
11. Enter the following mandatory parameters to create the destination:
    1. Auth Type - BASIC
       1. Host Repository URL – Source location URL
       2. Technical User – Source location username
       3. User Password - Source location password
       4. Destination Name – ONBOARDING
    2. Auth Type – OAUTH 2.0
       1. Host Repository URL – Source location URL
       2. Client ID  – Source location client ID
       3. Client Secret - Source location secret
       4. Destination Name – ONBOARDING
       5. Token Service URL – Authentication URL
12. Provide your consent on the destination types in Confirmation section.
13. Click Complete, and then click Submit.
14. After the destination is created, use the same name in the migration project.
