3686865 - File is not being validated for Municipality Picklist Values for Italy - 2H2025

The update for the Enhanced Municipality Picklist Values for Italy cannot be completed because the uploaded file does not pass validation. (WNV 2H2025).

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Navigate to Import and Export Data.
2. Select Import Data.
3. Choose the CSV File import option.
4. In “Select Generic Object”, choose “Values”.
5. Upload file containing the Municipality Values.
6. Click Validate.
7. Review the error message displayed in the Job Response.

To ensure a successful import of the enhanced values, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Update the PROVINCE_ITA picklist using the import file.
2. Create a new picklist named MUNICIPALITY_ITA.
3. Configure PROVINCE_ITA as the parent picklist for MUNICIPALITY_ITA.
4. Import the MUNICIPALITY_ITA picklist file by following these steps:
   • Navigate to Import and Export Data
   • Select Import Data > CSV File
   • Choose picklist-values
   • Select the file
   • Click Import
