3686877 - 'Reject all' option displays all Reasons for Rejection

Symptom

When rejecting all items in Manage sales orders or a similar app for managing other types of sales documents, all reasons for rejection are displayed in the dropdown list. In VA02, the dropdown list displays only the reasons for rejection assigned to the document type.
