Symptom

  • Incorrect RFC displayed in the Mexico reports.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Statutory Reports - Mexico GL Reporting app.
  2. Search for the report name: Mexico Chart of Accounts Reporting.
  3. Download the "Mexico Chart of Accounts Reporting" file.
  4. Open the file.
  5. Observe that the RFC column displays an unexpected RFC value.

Cause

  • Incorrect MX_RFC configured in the Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting configuration step.

Resolution

  1. Access the Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting configuration step.
  2. Maintain the correct MX_RFC value in the configuration settings.
