3686915 - How to set no default value for the category field when create a Activity Task

Symptom

When create a Activity task, the user don't want to see any value in category field by default. 

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Activities Work Center.
  2. Go to Task Work Center view.
  3. Go to Category field.
  4. There is a default value.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Configuration >> Overview.
  2. Access the Fine-tuning Activity "Activities".
  3. Navigate to the Assignment of Categories.
  4. Select **542 - Activity Task** from the list.
  5. Remove all standard categories.
