Symptom
When create a Activity task, the user don't want to see any value in category field by default.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Activities Work Center.
- Go to Task Work Center view.
- Go to Category field.
- There is a default value.
Cause
Resolution
- Go to Business Configuration >> Overview.
- Access the Fine-tuning Activity "Activities".
- Navigate to the Assignment of Categories.
- Select **542 - Activity Task** from the list.
- Remove all standard categories.
