3686935 - How to Update Infotype 0310 (Superannuation NZ) Using the Program HNZLUPDSA0

Symptom

The New Zealand government has increased the minimum employee and employer contributions to KiwiSaver effective 1 April 2026 from 3% to 3.5%. It is then expected that the rate will be increased again effective 1 April 2028 to 4%. Refer IRD website: Kiwisaver changes. Thus SAP Customer needs to update all employee KiwiSaver records in Infotype 0310 (Superannuation NZ) accordingly.

This KBA explains how to use the standard program HNZLUPDSA0 to update the Infotype records for a group of employees or a single employee. "Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
