Symptom

Symptom 01

  • After the cloud server migration to Kyma, task failed with error.
  • Error message: `Data Services Engine received invalid response from server: 0. Packet size: {"timestamp":"2025-11-13T08:41:49.077+00:00","status":400,"error":"Bad Request","path":"//agentmanager/set_variable"}`
  • Issue did not occur during "sandbox validation" step.
  • Monitor log shows all processing are STOP status and trace log indicates the dataflow is completed successfully

Symtom 02:

  • Error message:
    • Services Engine received invalid response from server: 0. Packet size: >.
      Function call <save_data ( task_name, 2026-01-01 01:01:00 ) > failed, due to error <59103>
