Symptom

  • In transaction IP01/IP02, the Priority field (RMIPM-PRIOK) was set as mandatory using a screen variant (transaction SHD0)
  • Priority dropdown list is empty when creating a maintenance item
  • Without values in the Priority dropdown list, it is not possible to save the new maintenance item
