• After a system update, upgrade, patch implementation, or configuration changes, observing 
  "Single Sign-On failed" error when launching ESR/ID
• The issue may be isolated to a specific system, while other systems in the landscape operate as expected.
• Error trace observed in JavaWebStart / OpenWebStart logs:
  com.sap.aii.utilxi.swing.framework.personalization.persist.MuffinResourcePersistor: No muffin found - probably this is the first run after a WebStart cache refresh or the first run at all.
