Symptom

  • After updating 19 components in the I2Q system, a "Single Sign-On failed" error occurs when launching Integration Directory (ID) and Enterprise Services Repository (ESR).
  • The same components were updated in the I2D system earlier, and no issue was observed there.
  • The issue persists only in the I2Q system.
  • The error message observed in the console logs: "java.io.FileNotFoundException: ibdirCLIENT_SIDE_AutoCompleteUser_preferences.xml".
