3687417 - After 2H 2025 Release Proxy Permission Error Received When Accessing an Onboarding Page - Onboarding

• Error message displayed: "[COE0020] You don't have the proxy rights for these requests. Please contact account holder to obtain relevant permission".
• Accessing an onboarding page as proxy results in an error.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to instance.
2. Proxy as example user.
3. Access an onboarding page like new hire data review
4. Error message "[COE0020] You don't have the proxy rights for these requests. Please contact account holder to obtain relevant permission" is displayed.

PTCH-48524 has been created to fix this issue.

Patch is scheduled to be deployed to preview on 25th November 2025 & to production on the 28th November.

Workaround

Please try grant the proxy permissions again, it has worked for some customers, refer to 3671886 - [COE0020]You don't have the proxy rights for these requests. Please contact account holder to obtain relevant permission - Onboarding - SAP for Me
