You are using SAP Forecasting and Replenishment (F&R). During BIF inbound processing (/FRE/BIF_INB01) system issues error messages (most likely /FRE/EMON 051). Upon checking the error details in Tcode /FRE/CON you can see that the detailed error message is in a different language as the logon language as you would expect.
