3687514 - Qualification process Status is Not Updating as per the Process project automatic status assignments rules for request Update and Re-opening the event.

When the qualification process state is set initially, it updates correctly according to the Project Automatic Status Assignment rules. However, if the event is reopened or a Request Update is performed , an Modular questionnaire  that was approved in the previous phase can be denied in the new phase, and the overall process status remains unchanged , it does not update the status to reflect the new Modular questionnaire status.
