3687519 - Custom card Card size issue after enabling latest home page

• Custom card configured as large (1024 max) iFrame is displaying smaller than expected after enabling the latest home page.
• This behavior does not occur on the previous home page version (HP4).
• The issue affects a custom card under Quick Actions and Quick Links.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

1. Login to SuccessFactors.
2. Verify that the latest home page is enabled.
3. Check the quick links section at the top and locate the OpenText Personal Workspace card.
4. Observe that the card opens smaller than expected, as shown in the provided screenshot.
5. Navigate to the manage home page.
6. Under Quick Actions and Quick Links, confirm that the custom card is configured as large but is displayed as small.

This is a known defect. 

1. open the Organization Update card "Custom Card 1"
2. use devtools to inspect and verify the dialog has width 80%
3. open the Organization Update card "Custom Card 2"
4. use devtools to inspect and verify the dialog has width 64%
5. open the Organization Update card "Custom Card 3"
6. use devtools to inspect and verify the dialog has width 37.5%

The fix will be available in production environments starting December 4th, 2025.
