3687561 - Error regarding job relationship pops up when approving a job information workflow

When approving a job information workflow, the below error pops up which is regarding job relationships

1. This record was not saved because there were errors in other records for user xxx.
2. Name is a required field and cannot be blank.

• The error pops up because both job information and job relationships workflows are configured and both job information and job relationships have been edited. Under this circumstance, only one workflow can be triggered, in this case, job information workflow.
• Then one approver updated job relationships information and for this approver step, edit with route change is configured, triggering a new workflow regarding job relationships.
• Hence, when the final step is approved the two workflows conflict with each other, causing this error.

Do not edit two and above types of HRIS elements that have their respective workflows configured. Only trigger one workflow at a time.
