Symptom

An MTA project has been deployed completely in SAP Business Application Studio(BAS) and three instances <project>-destination-service, <project>-html5-sapp-host-service, <project>-xsuaa-service has been created in BTP Cockpit Instance and Subscriptions section. However; there is no new managed approuter in BTP Cockpit HTML5 Applications section.
